Niani holds a Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Belmont University in Nashville, Tennessee, and leverages her education and extensive training to promote evidence-based practices. She meticulously tailors treatment plans to ensure the best results, combining medical-grade skincare with aesthetic procedures to enhance natural beauty.

Proficient in treating conditions such as acne, hyperpigmentation,melasma, rosacea, and hair loss, Niani’s holistic approach caters to individual skincare and haircare needs. We are thrilled to welcome her to the Ginille Beauty team!

Meet Lauren Medina RN, BSN! Lauren is a Registered Nurse with 7 years of experience- ICU, PACU, Critical Care Travel Nursing, and Aesthetics. Lauren’s versatile and accomplished nursing experience has well prepared her for a bright future as our Nurse Injector at Ginille Beauty Aesthetics.

Lauren’s eye for fine detail, enthusiasm for learning and continued education, and passion for inclusion and helping others feel confident in their skin, has drawn Lauren to Aesthetics as a Nurse. Lauren has been mentored and trained by Ginille Brown, NP, at Ginille Beauty Aesthetics, allowing her the opportunity to gain extensive experience with neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments, and really fine-tune her skills, techniques, and craft as an injector. Lauren finds trainings, mentorships, safe practices, and continued education invaluable, and this is apparent in her daily clinic practice.

Lauren prioritizes establishing relationships with her clients through thorough assessment, discussion, client education, and safe practices. Meet Ashley Chiu, RN, BSN! Ashley embarked on her nursing journey 5 years ago, initially specializing in Neuro/Medical Surgical care. However, her path took a transformative turn as she delved into aesthetics, fueled by her own battles with cystic and hormonal acne. Having experienced firsthand the impact of skin insecurities on confidence, Ashley is dedicated to empowering others by sharing her skincare expertise and crafting personalized treatment plans to help them achieve their aesthetic aspirations.

With 4 years of experience in aesthetics, Ashley is deeply committed to ongoing education to deliver the safest and most effective treatments to her clients.
